Broken checkout button only refreshes cart over and over

https://turboservo.com/cart is where I am having the issue. 

The checkout button only seems to refresh the cart instead of bringing you to the checkout page. 

I think it may be related to a couple of subscription apps that I had downloaded earlier today. They have since been downloaded and I didn't find any changes to the cart liquid. 

Can anyone help? Has anyone else had this problem?
