When addind a tracking number from Switzerland (Swiss Post), it automatically selects "La Poste" as shipping carrier. This is wrong, as "La Poste" is from France.
Same problem here. La Poste link instead of An Post (Irish carrier)...
I have been trying to solve this with our external ERP provider and Shopify for a year now, they simply son't sem to care. What I don't understand is: why link it to the wrong carrier?!? Why not just leave the automatically generated tracking URL field empty? It would still be better, than redirecting customers to the wrong URL.
I anybody manages to get a solution, please share.
PS: A year ago, SwissPost tracking URLs led to DPD.com site, now to Chronopost.fr. So there must have been changes in the background....?
