Business Address in Canada But Fullfilling & Shipping From/To USA

My business address is in Canada, but I am using Printify and Printful to Fullfill through Shopify. For shipping to US customers the shipping shows as:

Cross-Border Shipping To USA (even though the shipping is being made FROM USA and TO USA customers.

How do I set it up so the rates are domestic to USA rather that International from Canada?
