I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! I can certainly see how this isn't an ideal situation for your business. Since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics.
With that being said, I can assure you that if you have reached out to our live support regarding this situation - you will receive a response. If you would like to receive an update on the situation, you will need to login to your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the hold.

Shopify Payment and Merchant Trust Team are the lower part of society, they frozed 70,000 eur for no reason. I just booked my flight to Ottawa Shopify office and Will go there face to face.
Were you able to solve this? I have the same problem, they don't even answer emails from Shopify Merchant..
Good luck trying to get a response to your email. You have to bombard their help chat twice a day for several days until you see any movement.
