It can be frustrating trying to purchase something and for the payment not to be processed. Naturally, we would love to provide you with the domain you are trying to buy but if we are unable to retrieve the payment then we suggest you either use a different credit card (if you have one, of course) or consult with your bank or credit card provider about why your card cannot process the payment.
