Can a Chinese dropshipper with a US company open Shopify Payments?

I am a Chinese, I have a company in the United States, EIN number, ITIN number, can I open Shopify Payments?

But I am in dropshipping business, and the goods are sent from China to customers. If it is opened, what information do I need to provide?

Generally speaking, yes, a Chinese business owner with a company in the United States and an EIN or ITIN number can use Shopify Payments. However, this is on a case by case basis, and is only provided after careful review, and there are additional requirements that you need to fulfill to use Shopify Payments. 

Firstly, you need to provide your business information, including your business name, address, and tax identification number. You also need to provide your personal information, including your name, date of birth, and social security number. Additionally, you need to provide information about your dropshipping business, including the types of products you sell, where your products are sourced from, and how you fulfill orders.

Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'
