Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi All,
I just fulfilled an order for a customer but I must have inadvertently 'unchecked' the Send Shipping Notification Now. Will one still be sent to the customer? I went to the completed order page and do not see any way in which to send one and in the Timeline on the order page there is nothing indicating that one has been sent.
I should know better to complete these orders late at night when I am tired. Ugh.

You can edit the tracking again. This time, remember to check "Send notification email to customer". They will receive a shipping update email with the tracking number this time.

Do you mean edit the tracking within Shopify or just add the customer's email address to the USPS tracking at USPS.com? Couldn't find a way to edit the tracking within Shopify itself. Thanks!
