Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I had a customer reach out and say they were not able to order. I am curious if it has something to deal with the fact I have an outstanding bill? I need the orders in order to pay off the bill.
Hi, @Derockscrystal.
Welcome to the Shopify community.
I understand that you have an outstanding bill and customers are unable to place an order in your store. To confirm, is this an outstanding subscription plan bill?
If you missed paying your Shopify subscription bill or if a payment fails eight times, then your store is frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify. Your store doesn't freeze until your bill's due date. If your store is frozen, then you can't access your Shopify admin and customers can't view your store. If your store has been frozen, then you need to reactivate it to access your account or store information and resume selling again. You can find more information in our Frozen Shopify stores resource.
If you'd like our support team to take a closer look at your account, you can reach out via the Shopify Help Center so we can advise further.
