Can anyone clarify security features and payment methods on Shopify?

I'm trying to find some answers to security questions that my organisations infosec team require, and despite searching I can't find the specific information I'm looking for. I also don't seem to be able to contact anyone in Shopify support either, which is very frustrating, so I'm asking here.

Can anyone help me with the following:

• Do Shopify store credit card details or is this outsourced to Stripe?
• Do Shopify encrypt credit card data at rest?
• Do Shopify have intrusion detection and prevention (IDS/IPS) systems in place?

If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.
