Can anyone help with lost sales due to incorrect Shopify Balance details?

I was wondering where all my sale money was going and I figured out my pay outs were going to Shopify Balance. I set it up and typed in my bank info and transferred the money. It’s been a few days and I went to check on the transaction and the routing and account number that were associated were not mine so all my sales went to someone else. I’m not sure what to do and I’m having a hard time getting in contact with Shopify. I changed all my bank info on my account but still no luck.
