Can certain items be limited to local delivery or pick up only?

Is it possible to have selected items only able to be received by local pick up or local delivery (in one post code and for products over $150 only)?

There doesn't seem a way to remove the standard and express shipping options and leave the local pick up and local delivery options at checkout for selected items.

This would be possible using our app Store Pickup + Delivery!
In our app you can configure specific products for pickup/delivery, restrict delivery to specific postcodes, and configure a minimum order value amongst other features.

Our app is also available as a third-party rates carrier in your Shopify Shipping settings, so if you have the calculated carrier service enabled on your Shopify plan, you may use our app to control which rates options appear in checkout, according to the customer's selected order method (example result - no shipping rates shown for pickup customers).
