Can customer payments and charges go to different bank accounts on Shopify?

If I use the Shopify payment platform can the customers payments go into one bank account and the charges be taken from another bank account?

Thank you for reaching out! 

When using Shopify Payments, you can only attach one bank account. This bank account will be used to transfer payouts into it but can also transfer payments out if there is a refund or chargeback on your store. Your monthly charges for your subscription, shipping, apps, etc. can be taken from a different account, such as a credit card.
