Can customers pay bills using their debit card?

Is the screenshot you shared from the customers end? Could you share a bit more details such as what payment gateway was used and if they've tried using a different payment method?

In regard to your question, yes customers can pay using their debit card on Shopify. We support various payment gateways that allow customers to make payments using debit cards, credit cards co-branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Some of these payment gateways include: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, and Authorize.Net. These payment gateways enable customers to securely enter their debit card information during the checkout process and complete payment.

If you're able to share a bit more insight such as what gateway was used, have they tried using a different card and if this is affecting all customers, that would be helpful to our team.

I couldn't take Shopify Payments", because this 2 stuff was a problem for me 

How can I find these numbers?
By the way, I added "2Checkout Convert Plus" payment method.

When setting up Shopify Payments, the banking format may differ depending on your country/region. 

If you're looking to obtain banking information such as Sort code and Account number, you'll need to contact your banking institution directly so they can provide you with this.

There isn't an available sort code for my banking information. Seems, It depends on our country's bank system.
