Can customers still pay after a failed invoice payment?

Hi,
Is it possible to receive payments from customers after a failed invoice payment of my plan?

Hi, @SmartTech. I'm happy to help you out with this!

 

To clarify, are you asking if your customers can still place orders if your Shopify subscription bill payment fails? If this is what you mean, yes you would still be able to receive payments from your customers in that case. That being said, if your Shopify bill payment fails three times (six times in the United States), your store would be frozen until you've settled your bill. If your store is frozen, you won't be able to access your Shopify admin and customers won't be able to view your store or place orders until it has been reactivated. You can read more about frozen stores here and you can also find more information on Shopify's billing here.
