Yes, Shopify allows merchants to sell gift cards to their customers and accept them as a form of payment. Gift cards can be redeemed by customers via the online store, in person through the Shopify POS, and through some integrated channels such as Facebook and Messenger. The ability to sell and accept gift cards is currently available to merchants on all Shopify plans.

Is there an easier way of entering this in when doing a phone in order on
Shopify? I know now we have to email it to ourselves and then finish the
order that way. Is there any way of putting it as a dropdown under payments?

Hi @NIckey7876,

Typically, if you were accepting an order over the phone, you would do so via draft orders and either mark the order as paid, take the customer's credit card information over the phone, or email them an invoice so that they can pay. You cannot enter in a customer's gift card yourself, so if a customer wants to use their gift card as a method of payment I would recommend sending them the invoice—this allows them to access the Shopify checkout themselves, where they'll be able to enter in their gift card and pay for their order this way.
