Can I accept BGN payments and receive GBP payouts on my platform?

Can I take payments in BGN and then recieve my payout in GBP? Furthermore, how can I add a bank account which does not have a sort code and can only be identified via IBAN?

The currency you'll be able to take payments in and get paid out in will depend on the specific payment gateway you're using to process those payments.

If your Shopify store is based in Bulgaria, these are the payment gateway providers you can choose from for your store there.

The payment gateway providers themselves would be able to confirm this aspect of their services, as well as giving you info on what sorts of bank accounts they'll be able to accept.
