Can I accept credit cards only from certain countries on my online store?

Is There A Way To Set To Accept Credit Cards ONLY From Specific Countries ? I ship in Romania and i need the payment metod to be changed and they order from other countries.

Hi @Emme-shop,

It is not possible to do this via our own payment gateway, Shopify Payments, and I don't believe most payment gateways allow this. You cannot set this up within the Shopify admin but if you are using a third-party gateway you can contact them directly and ask if this is something that can be done.

Please bear in mind that if you don't want to sell to certain countries you can simply not add any shipping rates for these countries and customers will not be able to check out if they are based in these places.
