Can I add locker options and fees to Sense Theme shipping methods?

I'm interested if it's possible to implement a list of lockers where the client can choose one when its selecting an specific shipping method.

And if i can put a fee on the Cash on Delivery option

Unfortunately I'm not sure how to help you regarding your lockers question, my suggestion is to search for apps that relate to this, for example local pickup apps.

Regarding the fee on COD:

Shopify does not have an option to add additional fees for COD, but you can use our app Releasit Cash On Delivery Fee which allows you to create a custom extra charge for Cash on Delivery that will be automatically added to all your COD orders!

The app also allows you to create an optional instructions message for Cash on Delivery where you can explain to your customers how they should prepare for their payment (which is really useful to improve delivery rates).
