Can I add text under the shipping title?

Hi, we would like to add a small text under the shipping title. Is that possible to do?

If you are not on the Shopify Plus plan then I don't think you can do that because Shopify doesn't allow editing the checkout file for non-Shopify plus users.

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the section you are referring to as that is very helpful. Just as @Amitjaiswal has advised - in order to add another line at the checkout for the shipping rates would require a change of coding. At the time, changing the coding of the Shopify checkout is not available unless you are on a Shopify Plus plan.

As a workaround, you can add any additional text into the name of the shipping rate. If you navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery we can select manage on the shipping profile to make changes to the shipping rate names. Once we are editing the shipping profile, we can select the three dots that are appearing next to the shipping rate and edit the name of the rate. I took two screenshots from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
