Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello there, Leon Ivy here from Ivyvine Unlimited LLC. I recently had a chargeback from a fraudulent order, I investigated and agreed to the chargeback, it has since came out of my account and was settled. My problem is the order that issued the chargeback is still active in my ‘Orders’ menu. It doesn’t give a delete option, only archive and cancel. If I cancel, it’ll close it but I’ll have to give a refund option, if the chargeback has already been issued successfully can I cancel the order (with the refund option)?
