If you would like to request a refund form the third party app Loox Product Reviews & Photos, then you will need to reach out to the developers of the app directly in order to request this. They can be contacted directly from their app page here. If you scroll down the page you should see their details under the Support section, alternatively you can just email them here: support@loox.io
One thing to note is, if the app was installed on the store for all or most of the billing period, then the charge should remain, so you may not be guaranteed a refund from them.
