Can I change a mistakenly entered TIN for Shopify Payments?

Hey,

So I would like to connect Shopify Payments and for that you need to complete account settings.
I putted the wrong TIN numers and it went true.
Is it possible to change it because I cant use shopefy payments.

Are you referring to information you have submitted for use with your Shopify Payments account, as opposed to your general account info in your Shopify admin?

 

If you're working on your store's general business info, you can learn more here

 

For info on setting up Shopify Payments check here instead.

 

If you need to change the information you have already submitted for use with Shopify Payments you will need to reach out via our Help Centre here for account support. 

 

There we can forward your query to our Payments team who will be able to help you to review and update your Shopify Payments account info.
