Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm trying to replace the bank account that payments funnel into because I don't use the same bank anymore. I don't even have access to the routing and account number of my old bank. Is there a way I can replace the bank account without the old numbers? I can't really start running ads until it's replaced. Please help ive talked to a chat member they have escalated my issue but its been 4 days

I recommend not sending any further emails through the ticket thread as it will move your ticket to the bottom of the queue as the team works on tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis. You should hear from them very soon. We really appreciate your patience with us.
