Can I face a chargeback after my store cancellation and customer refund?

my shopify store was cancelled after making my first sale. they said my business was too high risk (i disagree but cannot fight them. a few weeks page, the only customer said shopify refunded them for the order and gave them their money back. so what happens now? will they do a chargeback on me?
