Can I get a refund after my free trial ends?

I just got over my free trail after building my store and experimenting a few things I was curious if it would be possible to get the refund back. I was unaware that after 3 days they would charge in full and it has set my account dangerously low to what I'd like it to be. Is there a way that I can close the store and get my money back?

I'm still within 24 hours of the charge as it is still pending. I don't know if that matters but I figured I would add it.

Hi,

Yes I did reach out to them and began to get my situation resolved. I was told I would get an email from the billing team and from a representative but never did. I am disappointed that its been nearly 3 days and I still do not have a response on my situation.

I am sorry to hear that @DominiqueP! In rare cases we do see issues where merchants are unable to receive emails from our support team. It is possible this has happened here. Please contact our live support once more and they will help troubleshoot if you are receiving our emails and also provide an update on the status of your ticket.

I did as you said and they said that they pinged the billing team and I still have not gotten an email. The longer this goes on the more I get irritated. I had the service for 4 days and I got charged in full for a year. I have been very patient with shopify support, I wish that would be returned. I shouldn't have to feel like I have to pull teeth to get certain things done.
