Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am aware that policy does not process refunds but I recently opened my store and purchased the plan but I do not need it and I am using another process I've already closed it the same day I bought it can I get the money back?

You would be correct in saying that we do not offer refunds as per point 10 section 14 of our terms of service here. As this would be an account specific request, and we do not have access to your account via the community, your best bet would be to get in touch with our support team here. They can take a closer look at your account and possible refund options. While the refund is not guaranteed, our billing team can have a look for you and see if they can help at all.
