Can I get a refund for a trial version I forgot to cancel?

I bought the trial version 3 months ago, it was withdrawing 1 dollar, then for some reasons I couldn't succeed in my Shopify business, then I forgot to take out my card, and now it charged me 37 dollars, can I get a refund for it?
