Can I get a refund for an unfulfilled order from a closed store?

I ordered from a store and its been 3 months and nothing. I tried contacting the store and the email bounces back. I dont know what to do as I havent recieved my product and I believe the company has gone bust. How do I get my money back!

Hello 

I placed an order on May 12th for 3 Kurtas and here is the URL of the order

This is the confirmation of the order, they have received the money.

Transaction No. 17349041519 for Rs 478.00 done for PANKAJBHAI VALLABHBHAI GOPANI has succeeded Team PayU.

But its over a week now, I have NO UPDATE about my order. And the page I click, it gives me this error, refer the attachment. 

Do you also have such fake businesses registered with you?

Can someone please help resolve my issue?

This is such a waste of time to now chase this man for kurtas or for refund????
