Hello, I used shopify to try how it works and I tried to create web and sell something. I gave up since I think 30 day of free trial and I forgot to cancel my shopify plan. And Yesterday shopify withdrew 24$ from my bank account. I am a poor Studen and I really need that money so please can I get refund please. I didn´t use it since October. I thought that when I canceled my billing plan so I could get a refund but I didn´t get it. Please help me with it.

If you've already cancelled your subscription and deactivated your store, then we'd be happy to take a closer look at your account and see if your invoice is eligible for a refund. While we're unable to provide that level of account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chat, email, or callback. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and log into your account to create a support request.

 

I'd love to hear more about your experience so far and share any feedback you may have with our teams. That being said, I understand that you're a student at the moment. However, was there a reason that you didn't want to try moving forward and see how your store performs?
