Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi shopify team. deactivated my account and removed the billing credit card linked to my subscription yet i’ve found out ive been getting charged the past 2 months and i wasnt even using the account
Anyways any way i can get a refund on both the charges?

In this case, I would suggest reaching out to our live support with this inquiry. You can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center.
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
