Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I created my account but have not been using it, unfortunately i forgot about the subscription and have been hit with payment. Please, would I be able to get a refund as I really need the money right now.

To clarify, if your store is active on our platform, it will be included in our monthly billing schedule even if you are not using it. Please note that according to our terms of service section 5, point 10 here, Shopify does not offer refunds. However, we understand that this may be a difficult situation, and we are here to support you in any way we can.
In that case please reach out to our live support here to discuss a refund as I cannot action anything on your account from here. Let me know if there is anything else you need!
