Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am a new at shopify i just created a store but not selling anything for now. Accidentally i got subscribed on loox reviews and charged almost for 45$. can i get refund from loox reviews?

As Loox Product Reviews & Photos is considered to be a third-party app, you will want to connect with the app developers directly. Their support team will be able to share a bit more insight on whether a refund can be completed. They will also be able to answer any other questions or concerns that you may have regarding the app.
To connect with the app developer, you can head over to the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by Loox' section to view their support options.

Me also. I didn't even know it was on my plans bills et as I'm new and my store that's not working is not using looks as far as I know. I cancelled and still was charged
