Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Shopify Team,
I have just completed my Closing Sale on my store and and going to close the store at the end of Nov, however this morning my payment for the month of Dec was deducted.
Is it possible to request a refund for the Dec payment if I close my store in Nov, since I will not be using the service?
