Can I limit invoice payment option to only certain collections?

Hi there, we currently have a Uniform store setup where we sell direct to the public (includes tax) and also to business (excludes tax).  Each business we have onboard is setup as a collection (essentially a mini store for them).  Are we able to just have Invoice as a payment option for businesses when they checkout and not for direct to public orders?  At the moment all payment options show for all orders, we would like to tailor it so that only certain payment options are available for certain products/collections.  We don't Invoice from Shopify, we do that through our own system.  Hopefully that makes sense!  huge thanks!
