Can I manage a US-based dropshipping store from India and how to handle payments?

Can i run a dropshipping store from India in USA? If yes, how do I manage my payments and stuff? And how am I gonna get paid? And in which account, where and what currency?

Hello @Aasmiii!

It is indeed possible for you to run a dropshipping store in India and sell in the US.

If you are based in India, it is important that you set your store country as India. 
This is because payment providers will ask you for documents proving either a physical or business presence in the country that the store is based in. 

Doing this will not prevent you from selling in the US, as you will still be able to set your store currency as USD.

Here, I have a list of payment providers availabe in India for you to choose from.

Once you have chosen a payment provider, you will need to go to their website to set up your account, then follow these steps here to integrate your gateway with Shopify. 

This payment gateway will be the way in which payments are processed on your store, and you will be able to manage your payouts there also.
