Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
hi, I've got a problem with stripe where the money from the orders goes directly to my bank account, I can't pay for the orders through stripe and the money is frozen until it enters my account, is there an app where this isn't a problem and that I can pay for the orders directly from the payment from the customers?
Hi @homeitemsprod,
I don't believe this is possible, no. Stripe and Shopify's own gateway, Shopify Payments, will pay out funds directly into your bank account and I believe the majority of payment gateways will do the same. The payment to you and your payment to the supplier are treated as two seperate transactions so your payments for the products you're shipping will be handled outside of the money you receive from customers.
Can you tell me a little more about your business, and if you are dropshipping? Are you based in the United States?
