This kind of Shopify application is not yet available.

As specified by Shopify:

Payments apps will be available in Q3 2021. Also, as of December 31, 2021, existing Hosted Payment SDK integrations will be deprecated and will no longer be able to process payments.

You should wait a while before you can access this kind of application.
