Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello!
I was previously denied access to shopify payments as I live in Vietnam and was registered in Singapore, (I am a UK citizen). This was in 2019. Since that time I have closed the Singapore company and my UK-based business partner and I have re-opened the site with a UK registered company. I have a UK company, and the primary business owner is based in the UK, BUT because I have been rejected once, they have told me I can never be considered ever again, once denied, it's final.
The chap I was speaking with was not very helpful, so I was hoping I could pick some of your brains about workarounds, before migrating to Wix.
What if... My UK-based partner opened a brand new store and applied for Shopify payments, and then we transfer ownership from the existing store to the new one? it would have the same domain. Would that work? If me being in Vietnam is the issue, then can we just create a new site that she is the primary owner of, but with the same domain etc? Could that work?
Thanks,
Emma
