Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
hello, recently money was taken from my account despite canceling the plan. Can I do something about it or somehow contact the support?

If you've already closed your store and you're still seeing charges, then we may be able to help you with refunding the charges. However, this does need to be handled in a timely manner, and we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue.
