Hi there, @brookilyynlashe!

I'm sorry that this happened to you, and I can definitely share some more information and next steps.

When a Shopify Payments payouts is sent to the wrong bank (specifically, a bank account that is not yours), we can sometimes attempt a reversalA reversal is an attempt to pull back a payout that has already been sent to the bank account that was on file in the merchant's admin. If a reversal is successful, the funds can then be sent to the correct bank account. We can only attempt this if you're located in US, Canada, or Australia (this is due to legal requirements and policies in other regions), and only once the payout is displaying as paid in your admin and more than 5 days have passed since the payout date. This is because payouts can take 5-7 business days to fail (so we need to give it the chance to fail on its own first).

If you meet the qualifications to attempt a reversal, you will need to get in touch with our live Support team. I'm unable to provide account-specific support through the Community Forums, however if you reach out through the Help Center, we'll be able to look into your account and escalate the issue to our Shopify Payments team. We're available 24/7 via live chat, callback, and email!

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any more questions or need assistance with getting in touch.
