Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey all,
I'm about to launch my non-profit organization's Shopify store for our members but I have a query. We offer to ship but most of our members choose an in-person pickup for their orders because they live close by, however, said people then neglect to pick up their orders and the items end up piling up. Is it possible to have a 30 day deadline that when an order is not picked up in said time, the order is refunded and returned to stock?
