Hello! Can I set up my Shopify payments without having a company? I live in Sweden.

When you register for Shopify Payments, you may do so as an individual (sole proprietor) or as a corporation or other legal entity. According to this resource, you need to register your business with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) even as a sole proprietor.
