Hi, @abdulwahidd.
To confirm, do you have a business registration document to show that your store is registered as a business within the UK?
For further context, Shopify Payments accounts are mostly region-specific. If you'd like to set up a Shopify Payments account for a different region, you'll need to submit your case to us so that this can be reviewed by the necessary internal teams. There are certain conditions that you'll need to meet, and documents that our teams will require from you. Having the requested documents doesn't guarantee that you'll be approved for Shopify Payments, however. Our internal specialist teams will ultimately make the call regarding supportability.
If you'd like to chat more about the requirements and processes in regards to applying for a Shopify Payments UK account, you can reach out to our live support team via our Help Center here. Once logged in to your store on the Help Center, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our live support team will be able to assist further and, if eligible, they'll also be able to help escalate your account for review to the necessary teams.
For more information, you can view our Shopify Payments UK guide here, and our Shopify Payments verification process document here.

Our banking partners for Shopify Payments is Stripe, so for merchants wanting to use Stripe in countries where Shopify Payments is offered (like the US), the appropriate accounts team will need to review your specific case to see if this is something that we can support.
I'd like to reiterate again that because Shopify Payments is powered by Stripe, if your business is unsupportable on Shopify Payments then you may find yourself in a similar situation with Stripe. I understand your concerns and know that it isn't as simple as it may seem to choose and connect a payment gateway to your store — for more context, regulations can vary from country to country, which is why region-specific documents are often required when applying for a payment gateway. You're welcome to reach out to our live support team via the link I provided in my earlier reply however, if you'd like to discuss your options further.
Did you also manage to browse some of our gateway partners that are offered in Pakistan? Here's the list if you need it.
