Can I ship globally including the USA?

How can i ship every where in the world?I watch many videos,and if i choose rest of the world,i still can ship to the USA.

Have you created shipping rates for your international destinations? If you haven't already done so, this would be the first step so that international customers can be presented with shipping options on checkout. Take a look at our help guide here if you need some guidance on adding shipping rates to your store.

From there, you'll need to navigate to Settings > Markets on your Shopify admin to activate your international destinations as a market. You can either add this as a new market by following the instructions here, or if the market already exists you can click Manage > Activate as seen below.

 

Once a market is activated, you should see the countries within that market appear on checkout. More information on this can be found on this help guide.
