Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Whilst trying to get my head around this whole setup process I activated a store for one day to help me understand what I was doing with the store I am currently trying to start. I seem to have paid the monthly plan fee for the one day it was activated. Any chance that payment could be credited to my active account?

Hey, @smm!
We can certainly transfer credit from one Shopify store to another. In order to do this, you'll first need to close the store you don't wish to continue. Once it is closed, the unused subscription amount will automatically be credited to the account. You'll then simply need to contact our support team by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V to request to transfer the credit to the store you plan to run.
If you need the steps to close your store, you can refer to the guide below.
We have several resources that can help you set up and build your store. If you still need some guidance, I recommend checking out the following articles and tutorials:

Hi
Thanks for the help! the link sent me back to the community page, I'm not sure how to request a credit as the store is deactivated and there is no credit.
I would like to request to transfer a credit from an inactive store to an active store. The inactive store has the bill paid, no credit. Is the only contact support information shown openly? I can't even work out how to print a previous bill on my active store. I'm starting to wish I never started with Shopify 😞
ok I've since worked out how to print a previous bill :~
but would still love help with the credit side of things
Thanks
@smm I'm glad to hear you were able to print out your previous bill! You won't be able to see the credit as it's only visible on the Billing page of your Shopify admin, which can only be accessed when your store is active. Nonetheless, that will be visible when our support team will access your store and they will be able to transfer it to your other store.
Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V again. After logging in, you'll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team. Simply type in the topic, click Search then scroll down to the bottom of the page to click Continue under Get Support. You'll then see the option to create a support ticket on the next page.
