I'm going to launch my online store for dropshipping soon with Shopify (as a beginner) so my questions are:
- do we have checking account to use Shopify payments?
- Can't we use business account instead of checking account?
- Can we use personal PayPal instead of business PayPal?

Hi, @jeet7786!
Thank you for your post, I'm happy to help answer your questions.
In order to receive payouts from Shopify Payments, you need to have a full checking account, a Shopify Balance account, or a current account in the UK and Ireland. You can read more about the requirements here. If you wanted to use a business account to receive your payouts, it would need to be a business checking account.
When you set up your Shopify store, Shopify creates a PayPal Express Checkout account using the email address you use to sign into your store. If you already have a PayPal account with that email address, then you receive payments from orders made with PayPal right away. We recommend using a business PayPal account (since most functions and tools provided by PayPal for business owners are only available when using a business account), but you are free to use a personal account to receive PayPal payments. If you don't have a PayPal account with the email address you use to sign into your store, then you can add your email address to an existing PayPal account or sign up for a new PayPal business account with the same email address you use to sign into your store. You can read more about setting up PayPal on your store in this help document.
Since you mentioned you're new to Shopify and dropshipping, I wanted to share some resources with you. These were super helpful for me when I was starting out on Shopify, and I hope they can help you on your entrepreneurial journey!
I hope this helps, please let me know if there's anything else I can help clarify for you.
