Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I don’t have a businesss location and I don’t want to add my address to shipping labels but I have a PO Box, can I put my post office address?
Hey @Clsx,
Welcome to the Shopify Community!
Yes, you can use your PO Box address instead of your physical location address when creating shipping labels. It's a common practice for businesses that operate from a non-traditional location or don't have a physical storefront.
When filling out your shipping label, you can enter your business name as the "Company" or "Attention" field, and then use your PO Box address in the "Address" field. This will ensure that your package is delivered to the right location without displaying your actual physical location address.
Just make sure to double-check the accuracy of the address and provide any relevant details or instructions to the shipping carrier to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your package.
As you're currently looking to maximise your shipping strategies, I also recommend going through our Shopify Blog here for some helpful tips on how you can reduce shipping costs.

Moira,
This did not work, as I tried entering my Post Office Box address multiple ways, and it will not take it. If I set it to my PO Box, when customers go to check out, it gives an error code of "your shipping address is not available." It seems this is an issue with a lot of people. Is there a solution?
Hi there, @Lwaide.
Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for joining the thread!
You could use the PO Box as the ship from address by editing the primary locations where your orders are shipped from. This has to be done from the Locations settings.
The message "Your shipping address is not available" typically appears when a PO Box address is used, and the shipping carrier or the store's shipping settings do not support PO Box deliveries. You may need to check your shipping settings in your Shopify admin under Settings > Shipping and delivery and adjust carrier settings or provide alternative shipping options that accept PO Boxes.
