I understand you're wanting to use Payoneer as a payment gateway for your store. This is definitely possible as it's listed as one of the available payment gateways in Ukraine. Unfortunately, at this time Shopify Payments and Stripe are not available in Ukraine. However, I'll be more than happy to pass along your feedback to our development team. Keep our Shopify Changelog on hand to stay up to date with new changes that roll out to the platform.
