Can my Macedonia-based store only accept Skrill payments?

So i am based in macedonia and my question is can i make my store only accept skrill payments or do i have to have a payment provider?

Skrill is one of the available payment gateways, along with many others. When you choose a payment gateway, they are the ones who will process your payments, and you'll receive your payouts from them. You can read about how to add a third-party payment gateway to your store in this help document.
