Hey, I’m a non-US resident but I have a registered LLC in the US. My shop is based on the print-on-demand method, so shipping and product “creation” is done by a separate company.
The problem that I have now is regarding the payments. I’ve seen some posts saying that I can use Shopify Payments, as well as those that negate this. I contacted customer support and they told me, “the Billing Team will contact you”; however, that was 5 days ago. Can someone give me a clear answer on it? Or let me know how I can speed up the process with said billing team to figure out a way so that my shop can launch? Everything’s currently on-hold so I’m losing money and time.
